Changing the Lenses:

To remove the lenses: With the INSIDE of the Goggles facing you, hold the upper, inner corner nearest the nose bridge of each lens, in turn, with your thumb and index finger and push firmly outward to pop out.

To replace the lenses: With the OUSIDE of the Goggles facing you, put the top of the lens in the corner next to the nose bridge and stretch the bottom of the frame over the lens. Repeat for the second lens.
